Michael leads Groups and hospitality teams at the Noblesville campus. He helps lead the way for first impressions at both campuses and how to connect people to people better.
He has a passion for seeing others connect to Jesus and to the community.

Carmel | Kids & Families
Katie helps lead the Kids Ministry at our Carmel campus. She is passionate about partnering with parents as they guide their children spiritually and loves building teams that create a safe, fun, and faith-filled church experience. She desires to help kids grow in their relationship with Jesus and feel connected at church.
Laura Casey
Carmel | Kids & Families
Laura helps lead the Kids Ministry at the Carmel campus, working with our incredible volunteers to ensure high quality environments for our kids.
She loves partnering with parents to equip them as the primary spiritual leaders of their kids, and she’s passionate about building teams of leaders who make church a fun, safe, and faith-filled place for every child.

Megan helps lead GenKids at our Noblesville campus, helping create engaging and meaningful environments where children can experience Jesus in ways they understand and remember. She is passionate about partnering with families and volunteers to help kids take important steps in their faith journey and loves building welcoming spaces where every child feels valued.

Ashley Ferris serves as the Administrative & Operations Coordinator at the Noblesville campus, where she supports staff, volunteers, and the church community by ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication.
Her dedication to detail and her heart for ministry, helps create space for people to connect with God and others.

Carmel | Admin & Ops
Jeff is the Administrative & Operations Coordinator at the Carmel campus, where he plays a vital role in supporting the staff, volunteers, and church community. By managing operations and fostering clear communication, he helps ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Jeff works to create a welcoming space where individuals can connect and deepen their faith at Genesis.
Mathew Griggs
Carmel I Worship
Mathew helps lead our worship teams, primarily at the Carmel campus. With a background in counseling, and degrees from IWU, Mathew cares deeply about people and their relationships. He is excited to build up leaders and invest in others as they grow in their faith.
Zach Hibbard
Carmel | Students & Families
Zach leads students at the Carmel Campus. A graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, he desires to see students connect with God and others. Zach is committed to building strong, Christ-centered communities where students and families feel equipped to follow Jesus together.
TIFFANY HOWARD
Noblesville | Worship
Tiffany leads the worship and production teams, primarily at our Noblesville Campus, while also supporting our systems for worship at both campuses.
She loves getting to meet new people, and leading others in worship through music and the arts.
CLAY HOWARD
Communications
Clay leads the Communications Ministry at Genesis overseeing our Graphics, Website, Photography, and Social Media. He also leads our Online Team, producing Livestream services each week.
He is all about working with all the different Ministry Teams to share what God is doing in the community through Genesis Church.
Ken Long
Teaching Pastor
Ken Long has spent decades helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and become disciples who make disciples. Originally from Tulare, California, Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Warner Pacific College and a Master of Divinity from Anderson School of Theology.
Ken loves encouraging churches to pursue a deeper walk with Jesus and a greater commitment to making disciples.
PAUL MUMAW
Lead pastor
Paul is the vision leader of Genesis Church. He is a part of our Elder Team as well. He oversees our staff and ensures that we are seeking the Lord in everything we do.
He gets excited when people get excited about their faith. He has led our church for the past 17 years.
JERRY NAVILLE
Carmel | Campus Pastor
Jerry oversees the Carmel Campus staff as well as our Groups area of focus.
He is passionate about seeing people build community with others and grow as followers of Jesus in their everyday lives.
Pat Pettyjohn
Executive Pastor
Pat oversees our Operations teams at Genesis. He gets excited about turning vision into action at both our campuses.
With a PhD. in Educational Psychology & Learning Sciences from IU, Pat is passionate about finding new ways to take data and implement positive change in an organization with a ministry focus.
Alex Ramirez
Noblesville | Kids & Families
Alex leads GenKids at the Noblesville campus. With a background in education and a heart for ministry, Alex is passionate about building strong relationships with families and helping kids grow in their faith.
Clay Stump
Noblesville | Students & Families
Clay helps lead our student ministry, primarily at the Noblesville Campus. As a recent Taylor University graduate, he has seen the impact that Godly investment has on the next generation. He is excited to help facilitate student environments and connect students to each other through weekly ministry activities.
Dan Towle
Carmel | Groups, Outreach & Hospitality
Dan leads the Carmel Campus Groups, our outreach partners and supports various other duties at the Carmel Campus, including the hospitality teams.
Dan is passionate about theology and seeing people engage in their communities for the Lord.
Kristin Towle
ACCOUNTING
Kristin oversees all essential financial operations at Genesis. She is responsible for keeping accurate financial records, preparing and managing our annual budget, and producing detailed financial reports.
Kristin is dedicated to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparency at Genesis.
JUSTIN TUNMORE
Noblesville | Campus Pastor
Justin oversees the Noblesville Staff, GenKids Teams and the Worship and Arts Teams at Genesis. He loves helping individuals grow into who God has called and equipped them to become as Disciple-makers.
Justin loves to meet new people and help them get connected with what God is doing at Genesis.
Matt Wheeler

Matt leads as our Student Minister at the Noblesville Campus. Working with Noblesville Middle School and High School students, he oversees the Student Leadership Team that leads the way in relational ministry at the campus.
Matt is passionate about connecting Students with fun experiences that shape their relationship with the Lord.
